Little endometriosis

There is not always a correlation between the intensity of the symptoms and the severity of the endometriosis. A few endometriosis sites, as shown in the above diagram, can sometimes cause violent pains.

Widespread endometriosis

In severe forms of the disease, the symptoms are generally increased in intensity. However, it is perfectly possible for extensive endometriosis not to cause the slightest pain.
